Dr. Nathalia Poses, a dedicated Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction recovery, saw a critical gap in the treatment process—proper nutrition was often overlooked. She knew that food plays a vital role in healing and set out to bridge the gap. Chef James Thompson, a talented culinary expert with his own journey of recovery, joined her in this mission, using his skills to craft delicious, nutrient-dense meals that support lasting wellness.

Six months after launching, Path to Wellness Catering Co. was serving hundreds of clients daily. Today, we continue to expand, working with treatment centers, sober living homes, and individuals to provide meals designed for optimal health and recovery.
